Je m’appelle Isabelle, et selon d’où les gens me connaissent ils m’appellent souvent Isa ou Balise.

Je suis née en octobre 1981 (ce qui est plus pérenne que de donner mon âge 😉 ), en France, et je vis actuellement à Zürich, en Suisse.

o< cuisine (qui se prononce, donc, Coin Cuisine) (parce que o< c’est un canard) a été créé, à l’origine, par mon mari Pierre (qui n’était pas encore mon mari à l’époque 😉 ) ; après quelque temps de « co-écriture » j’ai fini par prendre complètement les commandes, Pierre s’en étant un peu désintéressé avec le temps !

Je n’ai à peu près qu’une seule « devise » en cuisine : « Si c’est bon pour le moral, c’est forcément bon pour la santé ! » Heureusement, il y a beaucoup de chose qui me mettent de bonne humeur 😉

o< cuisine (which, in French, is a pun on the word « coin » (corner) and on the duck’s noise) (yes, o< is a duck) was created by my husband, Pierre (who wasn’t my husband at that time 😉 ); after some a period of « co-writing », I finally took completely over, Pierre having grown out of it with time!

I have a single cooking « motto »: « If it’s good for morale, then it’s necessarily good for your health! » Good thing there are a lot of things that make me happy 😉
