Hop, une participation rapide à un autre Tour en cuisine (pour le principe du Tour en cuisine, j’ai expliqué tout ça sur le billet de mon tour précédent, Poulet aux poivrons). C’est une participation un peu « bâclée » – je me suis réveillée très tard, au vu de mon emploi du temps très chargé ces deux dernières semaines pour cause de « 20h de cours à l’université + le travail personnel = peu de temps et peu de motivation pour passer des heures en cuisine ! ». Bref, pour le tour n°10, j’ai été chercher chez Cardamome une recette rapide (mais très bonne 😉 ) : du poulet au miel et au gingembre. Et c’est jen1975 de La Cuisine Quotidienne qui vient piocher ici.
A very quick participation to another Tour en cuisine (I explained the Tour en cuisine on my previous round’s post, Chicken with bell peppers). This is kind of shot through with haste – I was reminded of the deadline very late, because of my very busy schedule these two last weeks due to « 20h at the university + homework = not much time or motivation to spend hours in the kitchen! ». Anyway, for the round n°10, I picked a quick (but very tasty 😉 ) recipe: chicken with honey and ginger. And jen1975 from La Cuisine Quotidienne is picking something here.
