Pour un challenge Daring Baker dont le billet ne saurait tarder, j’ai dû faire deux parfums de glace. Le premier que j’ai choisi était celui-ci, suite à un tweet de Delphine_D qui liait vers une vidéo de la Voix du Nord présentant de la glace au spéculoos. Étant une fan incontestable de spéculoos, je ne pouvais pas laisser passer ça ! Après quelques recherches pour trouver un truc qui irait bien avec, mon choix s’est porté sur de la glace à la cannelle et au sirop d’érable. En tout cas, la glace au spéculoos est un vrai délice.

For a Daring Baker whose post is not too far away, I had to make two ice cream flavors. The first one I chose was this one, following a tweet from Delphine_D that had a link to a video from la Voix du Nord (a newspaper from the north of France) explaining speculaas ice cream. Speculaas are small and delicious biscuits, usually made with brown sugar and a mix of spices. As I loooove speculaas, I couldn’t resist that! After some research to find something nice to go with it, I found cinnamon and maple syrup ice cream. Anyway, the speculaas ice cream is really good.
