La recette que je présente ici me vient du blog de Soniflex, Plateau TV, que j’ai eu la joie de découvrir grâce à Un tour en cuisine. Le principe d’Un tour en cuisine est amusant : on peut s‘inscrire à des « tours » qui sont démarrés dès qu’il y a 20 participants pour un tour. Un tour parmi les participants est alors tiré au sort : A va piocher une recette chez B qui va piocher une recette chez C et ainsi de suite jusqu’à faire, ben, un tour. Tout le monde poste alors une recette de son choix à une date fixe, quatre semaines plus tard, le dimanche. J’ai participé au tour n°7, j’ai été piquer une recette d’émincé de poulet aux poivrons chez Soniflex, et c’est Sécotine qui est venue piocher chez moi. Bref, j’avais déjà vu ce genre d’initiatives ailleurs ; le fait de pouvoir s’inscrire à tout moment m’a paru très malin ici. Et ça permet de découvrir des nouvelles choses, ce qui est toujours rigolo 🙂
Today, I’m talking about a recipe from Soniflex’ blog, Plateau TV (in French), that I was happy to discover thanks to Un tour en cuisine. « Un tour en cuisine » is quite an interesting concept: you can sign up for « rounds », starting when 20 people signed up for a round. A round is then randomly chosen: A gets a recipe by B, who gets a recipe by C, and so on, until you get a round. Everyone posts a recipe on a fixed date, 4 weeks later, on Sunday. I signed up for round n°7, picked up a « chicken slices with bell peppers » recipe by Soniflex, and Sécotine is picking something here. Anyway, I had already seen that kind of « rounds », but the « signing up at any time » drove it home for me. Plus, it’s a very nice way to discover new stuff!
