Gratin chou-fleur/brocoli/saucisse – Cauliflower/broccoli/sausage gratin

Il paraît qu’il y a des endroits où il fait chaud en ce moment. Zürich, cette semaine, c’est pas ça. C’est pas DRAMATIQUE (personnellement je préfère la fraîcheur à la chaleur, surtout le machin lourd qui sert d’été dans le coin), mais il fait pas très beau. Du coup, ya des gens qui font des salades, en juin, ben moi je fais du gratin, voilà. Tfaçon le Böögg il a dit qu’il ferait pourri cet été.

There’s a rumor there’s a few places where it’s currently warm. Zürich, this week, not that much. It’s not too much of a problem (I personally far prefer coolness to warm weather, especially the moist air that is called summer around here), but the weather isn’t that nice. Anyway, some people make salads, in June; I make gratins. There. Anyway, the Böögg predicted a crappy summer.

ACBB : Gratin parmentier aux pommes – Parmentier gratin with apples

La première recette que j’ai faite pour l’ACBB, étrangement, ne m’inspirait pas plus que ça. Le gratin de patates, oui, le gratin de patates avec des pommes dedans, j’étais plus dubitative. En pratique, ça ajoute une touche d’acidité qui est pas mal, en fait. Bon, et avec suffisamment de fromage… 😉

The first recipe I made for the ACBB was not one of the most inspiring for me. Potato gratin, any time; potato gratin with apples, I had more doubts. But in fact, it adds an acid touch that’s quite nice. And, anyway, with enough cheese… 😉
