Le challenge Février 2011 des Daring Bakers nous était proposé par Mallory de A Sofa in the Kitchen. Elle a choisi une recette de panna cotta de Giada De Laurentiis et des biscuits florentins. J’ai fait de la panna cotta au chocolat parce qu’il me semblait qu’elle aurait plus de succès auprès d’un certain public -regarde le bureau d’à côté- avec de la gelée de griottes sur le dessus, et les biscuits. The February 2011 Daring Bakers’ challenge was hosted by Mallory from A Sofa in the Kitchen. She chose to challenge everyone to make Panna Cotta from a Giada De Laurentiis recipe and Nestle Florentine Cookies. I made chocolate panna cotta because I thought it would be a higher hit from a certain audience -looks at the neighboring desk- with sour cherry jelly on top, and biscuits.
